Saturdays from April - October

8am – 12pm (October 9am – 12pm)

Fees

This season’s single booth space fees:

  • Full season reservation (30 markets April - October): $540 

  • Alternating dates starting 4/6 (15 markets): $270

  • Alternating dates starting 4/13 (15 markets): $270

  • Monthly (paying at the beginning of each month): $20/market

  • Daily: $25/market

Application Details

  • Deadline: Friday, February 16, 2024

  • Application fee: $20
    Fee must be paid with your application to be considered.

  • How to submit your application:

    • ​Online

    • By mail: Print out the appropriate application below and mail it and the application fee to:
      BWFM, PO Box 503, Bloomington, IN 47402.

  • Decision date: We will notify you the week of February 26th with our decision regarding your application. If you are accepted, your booth fees, all licenses, permits, certificates of insurance, and additional documents are to be postmarked by March 18, 2024.

  • General Liability Insurance: All vendors participating in the Woolery Farmers’ Market are required to carry General Liability Insurance with $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. All vendors must provide the market with the following.

    • A Certificate of General Liability Insurance clearly listing the following as additionally insured:

      • Bloomington Winter Farmers Market

      • One World Catering LLC

      • Woolery Mill Ventures LLC  

  • Policies: Please read the WFM 2024 Vendor Policies.

 

New this season

The Monroe County Board of Health is introducing a multi-market license, beginning March 1st, 2024.This license allows you to operate at 1-3 Farmers Markets for $100/year or 4-6 Farmers Markets for $200/year. These licenses run annually from March 1st and expire the last day of February the following year. They will no longer offer seasonal licenses (less than one year) for Farmers Markets.

There are four different applications - click the appropriate type to apply:

  1. Farmers -  For vendors who grow produce, animal products, or other agricultural products in Indiana.

  2. Prepared Food & Beverage - For vendors who prepare food from scratch using ingredients they have not grown or raised.

  3. Exotic - For vendors who raise, produce, or catch food outside of Indiana.

  4. Other - For vendors who sells soap, pet food, crafts, or other items as appropriate to the mission of the market.
