Application Details

  • Deadline: [Date]. Applications submitted after [date] will have a fee of $30 and lose priority for space location and number of vending days, regardless of vendors’ previous involvement with the Winter Farmers’ Market.

  • Application fee: $20 .Fee must be paid with your application to be considered. Payment options are:

    • By mail: Print out the appropriate application below and mail it and the application fee to:

  • General Liability Insurance: All vendors participating in the Woolery Farmers’ Market are required to carry General Liability Insurance with $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. All vendors must provide the market with:

    • A Certificate of General Liability Insurance clearly listing the following as additionally insured:

      • Bloomington Winter Farmers Market

      • One World Catering LLC

      • Woolery Mill Ventures LLC  

    • A copy of the endorsement showing that these businesses are listed as additionally insured on your policy is required to vend. This is directly from your insurance policy and can be supplied by your agent. (New requirement this year.)

  • Policies: Please read the WFM 2023 Vendor Policies.

  • Decision date: We will notify you the week of [date] with our decision regarding your application.

There are four different applications - click the appropriate type to apply:

  1. Farmers -  A Farmer is defined as one who grows produce, animal products, or other agricultural products in Indiana.

  2. Prepared Food & Beverage - A Prepared Food & Beverage vendor is defined as one who prepares food from scratch using ingredients that he/she has not grown or raised.

  3. Exotic - An Exotic Food vendor is defined as one who raises, produces, or catches food outside of Indiana.

  4. Other - This category of vendor is defined as one who sells soap, pet food, crafts, or other items as appropriate to the mission of the market.

 

If you feel you fit two vendor categories, please ask us which to complete, or fill out both applications.

Fees

This season’s single booth space fees:

  • Full Season - December through March (17 markets): $425

  • Partial Season - December and January (9 markets): $234

  • Partial Season - February and March (8 markets): $208

  • Alternating Saturdays beginning December 3 (9 markets): $234

  • Alternating Saturdays beginning December 10 (8 markets): $208

  • Daily: $32
