Park Wagyu Cattle

Park Wagyu Cattle is a disabled veteran-owned and operated family farm striving to provide the community with exceptional Fullblood & Purebred Wagyu beef utilizing the work ethic, morals, and values Jason garnered throughout his military career.

"We built our farm on humane & ethical practices. Because cattle are herd animals, they are never alone unless absolutely necessary. We do not remove our bulls from the herd. They are gentle giants and darn good babysitters. Our girls calve in the pasture with them and remain there until weaning. This allows for the girls to be bred back on their own natural cycle without any synthetic intervention by us. In the fall, the bulls are put with their first-time heifers for winter breeding and remain with them.

"Another aspect that plays into their low-stress life is feed management. We planted a custom hay mixture across our whole farm. So, the hay that we have baled for them to eat in the winter is the same quality as the pastures they graze spring through fall. This allows for consistent nutrition year-round. In an effort to manage our pastures, we rotational graze them and pull the cattle to loafing paddocks in the winter so they don't trample the dormant grass. These winter paddocks have shelters with fresh straw so they can escape the elements. They always have access to hay and fresh water and are given a custom grain mix daily.
"Park Wagyu Cattle believes in utilizing the entire cow. We have a vast variety of cuts available as well as organs and tallow. Wagyu beef has great health benefits due to its genetic predisposition to extreme intramuscular fat percentages."
