John McMahan offers a variety of fresh vegetables and chicken. He usually has a few plants throughout the year as well. His customer favorites would be his meats, hot peppers and tomatoes.

He got his start by gardening and going to farmers markets with his dad, but he started doing it on his own around 2005 and plans to keep growing.

Although he invests a lot of time and energy to his garden and markets, John is also a commercial winemaker and brewer, as well as a carpenter.

He says the most challenging part about being a farmer's market vendor is having the energy to be able to grow & pick everything and get to the market; BUT he finds it rewarding to get to do something that he enjoys for a living and he enjoys hearing how appreciative people are to be able to get locally grown products.
