Applications for the 2023 season are now available!
The 2023 Season
Open every Saturday from April 1, 2023 through September 30, 2023, from 8 am – 12 pm, and October 9 am – 12 pm.
The Woolery Farmers’ Market will be held at The Woolery Mill, 2250 W Sunstone Dr., Bloomington, IN 47403.

Applications are due Monday, February 13, 2023 .

Application fee is $20 and must be paid on receipt of application for it to be reviewed

Paper/mailed applications are also acceptable by the February 13 deadline.

All vendors participating in the Woolery Farmers’ Market are required to carry General Liability Insurance with $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, and furnish a Certificate of General Liability Insurance clearly listing ‘Bloomington Winter Farmers Market’ AND ‘One World Catering LLC’ AND ‘ Woolery Mill Ventures LLC’ as additionally insured before you can vend.
ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT NEEDED THIS SEASON: In addition, a copy of the endorsement showing that these businesses are listed as additionally insured on your policy is required to vend. This is directly from your insurance policy and can be supplied by your agent.
This season’s single booth space fees:

Full season reservation (31 markets): April - October: $558

Alternating dates starting 4/1 (16 markets): $288

Alternating dates starting 4/8 (15 markets): $270

Monthly (paying at the beginning of each month): $20/market

Daily: $25/market
There are four different applications (follow the blue links to apply):

Farmers - A Farmer is defined as one who grows produce, animal products, or other agricultural products in Indiana.

Prepared Food & Beverage - A Prepared Food & Beverage vendor is defined as one who prepares food from scratch using ingredients that he/she has not grown or raised.

Exotic - An Exotic Food vendor is defined as one who raises, produces, or catches food outside of Indiana.

Other - This category of vendor is defined as one who sells soap, pet food, crafts, or other items as appropriate to the mission of the market.
If you feel you fit two vendor categories, please ask us, or fill out both.
Applications submitted after February 13th will have a fee of $30 and lose priority for space location and number of vending days, regardless of vendors’ previous involvement with the Woolery Farmers’ Market.
